The new PT2600 bundle puller-tensioner with 71-in. (1800mm) bull-wheels from Condux Tesmec is now available. The unit, which offers 2 x 15,750 lbf (70 kN) or 1 x 31,500 lbf (140kN) of pulling or tensioning capacity, is designed for stringing one or two ropes or conductors.
The PT2600’s gearbox provides three operating positions, neutral with free bull-wheels for conductor loading and unloading, a low-tension position 1,125 to 3820 lbf (5-17 kN), and a normal tension position 2,700 to 15,750 lbf (12-70 kN).
Like all of the latest Condux Tesmec puller-tensioners, the PT2600 features a new digital interface with a 7-inch color display and integrated pull and speed recorder.
